Breakfast - start the day well with good local food…
Food is something of an obsession! We believe that what our B&B guests eat is important, so we only use premium, locally sourced products: our delicious sausages and bacon come from just a couple of miles down the road at Allington Farm Shop. Our bread comes from Hobbs House Bakery in Chipping Sodbury - home to the famous and fabulous Baker Brothers.
The free range eggs we use couldn’t be fresher - coming from our own hens who are fully vaccinated and live a happy life pecking about in the garden!
Fruit shots are juiced to order, and the marmalade is our special recipe which includes a generous sploosh of single malt Whisky!
Our current coffees are Cuban Serrano Altura and Indian Bibi from specialist coffee roasters Another Coffee in Devon. Carolyn and Gavin are passionate about their product and are wonderful, keeping us up to date with the latest roasts! We grind our beans fresh for each cup - a little noisy, but worth it!
We ask you to select your breakfast the night before; this significantly helps us to reduce food waste, and means your chosen breakfast is ready for you when you come downstairs!
